been required and they have agreed to be
committed to keep any and all personal information collected of those
individuals that use
their
application and make use of our online facilities and services accurate,
confidential, secure and private.
This
EU regulatory system and software
privacy policy has been designed and created to ensure those affiliated
with of our commitment and realization of our obligation not only to
meet but to exceed most existing privacy standards.
THEREFORE, this
Privacy Policy Agreement shall apply to all our users, and thus it shall
govern any and all data collection and usage thereof. Through the use
of you are herein consenting to the following data procedures expressed
within this agreement.

System manufacturer
may occasionally use your name and email address to send you
notifications regarding new services offered by the Site that we think
you may find valuable.

related announcements from time to time. Generally, you may opt out of
such emails at the time of registration or by following the unsubscribe

From time to time, we
may offer you the opportunity to participate in contests, giveaways and
other promotions. Any information submitted in connection with such
activities will be treated in accordance with the
system manufacturer´s own
Privacy Policy. From time to time, we may also ask you to participate in
surveys designed to help us improve the application. Any Personal
Information provided to us in connection with any survey will be used
only in relation to that survey, and will be disclosed to third parties
not bound by this

Privacy Policy only in aggregated form.
Device information Manufacturers may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number). Celotron Oy or the manufacturers may also associate your device identifiers or phone number with your account if necessary for the operation or customer support.

our
network based
services or view
any
content provided by Celotron Oy
certified manufacturers,
they
automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This
may

Location information When you use mobile or network services, we may collect and process information about your actual location. Manufacturers may use various technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors that may, for example, provide the system manufacturer with information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and cell towers, this is basically needed for correct network operation.
Local storage
Manufacturers
may collect and store information (including personal information)
locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web
storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.
Use of Information Collected
System manufacturer may
collect and may make use of
some of your
personal information to assist in the operation of our application and
to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. At times, we
may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a
means to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services
that may be available to you from Celotron Oy. We may also be in
contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research
questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future
services that may be offered.

of certain service, system or software and we will follow your wish and

manufacturer
applications, you must

go to that specific website to unsubscribe and/or opt-out
from inside the software / app.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to
protect your Personal Information from loss, theft, alteration or
misuse. However, please be advised that even the best security
measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. Any data disclosed online is
vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized third parties. We
cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your Personal
Information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of
any privacy settings or security measures. Security levels and cloud services Mobile systems use application <to> Cloud = SSL encryption Cloud <to> Device = AES128 encryption Device <to> User = his/her phone number, personal user name and personal security code + personal phone ID. Currently all our mobile app connectable systems P2P (dns) cloud servers are located in EU. In manufacturer specific, undisclosed locations.
Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement
Celotron Oy reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our
general
privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website
homepage at Celotron Oy, so that our users and/or visitors are always
aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and
under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If
at any point in time decides to make use of any personally identifiable
information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was
stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users
shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the
option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in
this separate manner.
Acceptance of Terms
Through the use of
any mobile
application
that our manufacturers provide,
you are hereby accepting these

Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions,
then you should refrain from further use of our sites

In addition, your continued use of our application following the posting
